In this role, your will be joining the New Operations Division at Workforce Singapore (WSG) to support WSG's efforts in helping individuals better plan and navigate their career journey by increase the accessibility of career guidance activities through partnerships and the development of new initiatives.What you will be working on:As a Partnerships Manager, you will: • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities • Evaluate and assess potential partners based on strategic fit, mutual benefits and alignment with business objectives • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the development of mutually beneficial activities/projects • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint marketing/programme-related initiatives • Coordinate the execution of partnership activities/programmes/projects to ensure successful outcomes • Analyze partnership results, identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize partnership outcomes • Prepare and present reports on status and impact of partnerships to key stakeholdersWhat we are looking for:You should have the following work experience and knowledge: • Relevant experience in areas such as business development, partnerships and project/programme management • Good understanding of and interest in Singapore's general business environment and manpower issues. • Knowledge of the career guidance/coaching industry will be beneficial. • Familiarity with MS Office software especially Excel and PowerPoint preferred You should possess the following skill sets: • Communication: Capable of delivering clear and effective written and oral communication to effectively engage stakeholders. To also possess strong interpersonal skill to be able to engage diverse stakeholders across all levels. • Organisational and Planning: Able to demonstrate strong organisation, project management, time management and planning skills, with meticulous attention to details and a strong numerical sense. • Adaptability and Problem-Solve: Demonstrate capability in quick-thinking, capable of managing last minute or unexpected changes, and able to solve problems resourcefully.
