Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Planning Manager in all planning functions
  • Monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis
  • Prepare histograms, tables, S-curves, resources logs (Manpower, Materials, Equipment)
  • Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects
  • Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluate project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submission
  • Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations
  • Liaise, consult and coordinate with all Supervisors and Managers to incorporate relevant information that will affect the implementation of the project schedule

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years working experience construction planning and programme coordination
  • Has aptitude for planning role
  • Be adept in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 knowledge
  • Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
