Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Support:

  • Provide first-level support for application-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams as needed.

2. Routine Maintenance:

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups. And code changes
  • Deploy and test application in DEV and UAT before deploy to prod
  • Ensure applications are running efficiently and securely.

3. User Assistance:

  • Assist end-users with application-related queries and issues.
  • Provide basic training and guidance on application usage.
  • Document common issues and solutions for future reference.

4. Incident Management:

  • Track and manage incidents using a ticketing system.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and communicate status updates to users.
  • Participate in incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless application integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and updates.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for application support and maintenance

  • Java, JavaSript, Java (Spring boot), Corba, Maven, JSP, ActiveMQ, OracleSQL, SSH, Rehat/Linux, Debugging, React.js, Compiling, Software Architect Design, CI/CD, HTML, RESTFul API
