Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Support:
- Provide first-level support for application-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams as needed.
2. Routine Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups. And code changes
- Deploy and test application in DEV and UAT before deploy to prod
- Ensure applications are running efficiently and securely.
3. User Assistance:
- Assist end-users with application-related queries and issues.
- Provide basic training and guidance on application usage.
- Document common issues and solutions for future reference.
4. Incident Management:
- Track and manage incidents using a ticketing system.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and communicate status updates to users.
- Participate in incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless application integration and functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and updates.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for application support and maintenance
