HR & Admin Specialist (Full Spectrum)
Our client is a consumer electronics company. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR & Admin Specialist to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Responsibilities of HR & Admin Specialist:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job demand analysis, channel selection, job posting, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain and expand recruitment channels to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with departments to understand hiring needs and create recruitment plans.
- Handle employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, promotions, resignations) in compliance with regulations.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and processes in compliance with Singapore regulations.
- Manage daily office administration (procurement, equipment maintenance, file management).
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of full spectrum HR experience
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
