Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Onboarding and Offboarding:Help prepare and organize onboarding materials for new hires.
Assist in coordinating orientation sessions and exit processes.
Employee Engagement:Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve HR strategies.
HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documents.
Provide support for payroll and attendance tracking as needed.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
