We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Lifestyle Management Associate.
Principal Responsibilities
- To provide the RM’s/CSE’s advice to satisfy the Bank’s KYC due diligence policies and processes during complex client onboardings and ongoing reviews
- Problem solving and providing solutions to RM’s/CSE’s to ensure that account openings and ongoing reviews are completed in a timely fashion to ensure a positive client experience while keeping the bank safe
- Project manage UHNW onboardings for a best-in-class UHNW client onboarding experience
- Assisting with policy & procedural implementation and trainings where required
- Assisting with process improvements for CLM related projects or projects involving the CLM team
- Assists with other tasks as required
- Strong working knowledge of AML, regulatory compliance within the banking and financial services industry
- Strong teamwork initiative
- Good research and communication skills
- Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and management
- Proficient writing skills for governance papers and reports
- Minimum of a B.A. degree or relevant 3-5 years of work experience
- Strong English fluency and written skills needed for report writing and comprehension of source of wealth narratives, other additional language comprehension would be an added advantage due to the global nature of clients
