Roles & Responsibilities
A well-established SME1000 BCA L6 company with more than 40 year experience specializing in project & distribution sales of Lighting fixtures, LED lightings & components.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team with the preparation of all sales and tender related documents, costings and material submissions
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals
- Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team
- Follow up with factories on document requirements and ensuring that all submissions are properly presented and submitted on time
- Supporting the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and assisting to resolve issues, where appropriate
- Sales order processing from Sales Quotations to Delivery Orders
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Min. 1 or 2 years of experience in project management or sales support function
- Enjoy working with numbers and good with excel, PowerPoint and words
- Diploma in Business management/ Electrical engineering or equivalent
- Goal-oriented and meticulous in providing accurate information
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Able to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in Lighting Simulation Software (Relux/Dialux EVO) will be an added advantage
