Responsibilities

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager (Warehouse & Logistics) in providing Warehouse Administrative Support & Coordination with details as follows:-

Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO) and Jobsheets(JS)

  • Review SO, JS materials issuance and stock deduction.
  • Perform inventory issuance in JS and AJ at a prompt and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot of any JS and DO posting problems that may arise.
  • Initiate the closing of SO, DO and JS with the relevant staff.
  • Month-end closing preparation for closing of JS, GR and DO.
  • Documentation filing of job sheet.
  • Creating daily receiving and issuance of Wire Rope report.

Inventory and Rental Equipments

  • Co-ordinate and actively involved in inventory cyclecount schedules.
  • Monitoring and keeping track of all active Rental Orders.
  • Investigate any discrepancies of inventory with the respective dept.

Other Supports

  • Support and backup in creating and printing DO and CIPL
  • Support in raising RFQ(PR/PO) and sourcing for the Dept.
  • Support administrative and data entry roles when required.
  • Required to stand in to do Goods receipt in the absence of receiving staff.
  • Issuance of supplier return note when required.
  • Other ad-hoc requirements as needed by the management.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Inventory Management, or its equivalent
  • 2 years of hands-on working experience preferably with BOM, Inventory Control, Warehousing and MRP
  • Candidate with APICS certification or similar knowledge is an added advantage.
  • With an analytical mind, keen to learn and must be able to work independently.
  • Good in listening & communication skills
  • A team player with positive working attitude
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Willing to accept challenges to a wider job responsibility

Working hours : Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5.30 pm)

Working location : Pandan Road

** Company’s transport pick up / drop off point at Clementi MRT station
