This is a multifaceted role with a focus on HR. Responsible for managing HR-related topics, providing support to the Managing Director and Management team, overseeing administrative functions, and driving employee development and training initiatives.HR business partner & coordinate with HR Asia Pacific, working closely with the head of HR APAC and MD to implement HR strategies and initiatives.Partner with the cross-functional group of subject matter experts and shared service team in Shanghai to assess, design and execute strategies for how we staff, on board, develop, motivate, retain and organize work.MAIN TASKS
  • Implement HR strategy and for the achievement of the strategic HR goals in the full spectrum of HR work.
  • Develop people agenda to meet established annual objectives. Identify training needs and propose training programs and track the effectiveness of the such training initiatives.
  • Implement, communicate and ensure adherence to HR policies, monitoring compliance and handle compliancy issues. Act as a local HR contact for HR related matters.
  • Provide specialist and actionable advice to the business managers and employees in implementing HR core processes, and drive roll-out of global/regional programs or policy deployment driven by HR or business.
  • Representing Geberit in the region for towards Geberit Asia Pacific and Agencies.
  • Strategic alignment of the administrative works in the region considering the given framework conditions.
  • Manage and coordinate with vendors for office services and supplies and ensure adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurements.
  • Coordinate with Group IT and outsource for IT troubleshooting and issues.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
