  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BASIC FUNCTION

Supports the development of all hotel collaterals including Food and Beverage public relation programmes and advertising artwork and serves to provide coordination support for hotel events as well as facilitates administration matters for the Marketing Communications department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate and support in the conceptualizing of social media strategies to increase fanbase with interactive activities
  • Support the conceptualization and execution of digital and social media plans and campaigns to reinforce the hotel’s online presence
  • Manage positively online reputation of the hotel and its outlets through timely review responses on TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia, Google, Agoda, Facebook and Instagram
  • Liaise with internal stalk holders on the production of design collaterals (F&B, Front Desk, Housekeeping and Engineering)
  • Assist to conduct media tours and supervise photoshoots and filming whenever necessary
  • Preparation of press kits/ press releases for media events and media tours
  • Responsible for providing strategic direction and execution of all communication materials for the assigned portfolios.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining content including videos & photographs of the assigned portfolios on company’s website and other owned platforms.
  • Create various marketing materials to be used across various media platforms – offline and online. Materials includes but not limited to: brochures, EDMs, online banners, advertisements, pull up banners, gift cards, corporate gifts, in-house collaterals etc.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies include content management to promote the respective properties & brand/s assigned in increased awareness and build up the followers’ community.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
