We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Executive (Woodlands) to be part of the Group HR Team. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of employee services.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the group of companies, i.e. Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & Exit Clearance, etc
  • Process work passes application and liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matters.
  • Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
  • Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing.
  • Liaise with vendors on dormitory issues.
  • To support administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
  • Hands on and very familiar with entire payroll processing, reporting & statutory board declarations including liaison with outsourced payroll vendors.
  • Participate in corporate projects and help organise staff events.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
  • Meticulous, organized and highly dependable.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and a good team player.
  • Willing to work in the North.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
