We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Executive (Woodlands) to be part of the Group HR Team. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of employee services.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the group of companies, i.e. Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & Exit Clearance, etc
- Process work passes application and liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matters.
- Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
- Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing.
- Liaise with vendors on dormitory issues.
- To support administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
- Hands on and very familiar with entire payroll processing, reporting & statutory board declarations including liaison with outsourced payroll vendors.
- Participate in corporate projects and help organise staff events.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
- Meticulous, organized and highly dependable.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
- Willing to work in the North.
