  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will be part of the Auction & Sales team at ETC, one of Singapore’s leading property auction houses, a division specializing in the swift and effective divestment of various property types, including residential, retail, office, shophouses, industrial, and unique assets such as land plots.

Working directly under the supervision of the Director, your role will involve providing administrative and operational support to ensure the department runs efficiently and continues to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Job description:

  • Support sales team and departmental operations.
  • Address client inquiries and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate press schedules, advertisements, and monthly auction lists.
  • Liaise with solicitors and bankers on auction contracts and key collection.
  • Prepare market proposals, progress reports, and other documents.
  • Manage records, schedules and correspondence.
  • Provide additional support for ad-hoc tasks and projects within the department

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive training will be provided for those without prior experience.
  • Seeking motivated and proactive team players who can work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Prior experience in the property industry or sales/marketing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Knowledge of social media marketing on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma qualification.
  • Open to candidates with or without experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
