Responsibilities:

  • Perform inbound and outbound calls to members
  • To advise on benefits and remind on payment
  • To handle members’ termination request; save or retain members from terminating their membership
  • Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded
  • Deliver excellent level of customer service to ensure members satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Min “O” Level
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
  • Relevant experience in Call Centre or Customer Service environment with at least 6 months experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good credit in O Level Mandarin or equivalent standard, due to the nature of the work having to deal with Mandarin only speaking customers is an added advantage
  • Singaporeans Only

Additional Information:

  • 5 working days (Mondays to Fridays); 44 hours per week
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
  • Office location is at Tampines Street 92, Tampines Biz Hub
