Responsibilities:
- Perform inbound and outbound calls to members
- To advise on benefits and remind on payment
- To handle members’ termination request; save or retain members from terminating their membership
- Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded
- Deliver excellent level of customer service to ensure members satisfaction
Requirements:
- Min “O” Level
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
- Relevant experience in Call Centre or Customer Service environment with at least 6 months experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good credit in O Level Mandarin or equivalent standard, due to the nature of the work having to deal with Mandarin only speaking customers is an added advantage

Additional Information:
- 5 working days (Mondays to Fridays); 44 hours per week
