  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Field Support Engineer:

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and sales team inquiries via phone or email, providing technical support on product capabilities, specifications, and applications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues through remote support (phone/email) or on-site visits.
  • Conduct product application testing to support customers and sales teams.
  • Provide on-site assistance, including system setup, adjustments, and fine-tuning.
  • Deliver post-sales training sessions for customers to ensure effective product usage.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including user manuals and guides.
  • Support sales teams in on-site presentations and demonstrations as required.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance departmental efficiency and lead initiatives to improve processes.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (e.g., Computer, Electrical, or related disciplines).
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in related field; fresh graduates are open to apply.
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner.
  • Strong customer service mindset, with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
  • Experience with logic control and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, and EIP.
  • Knowledge of HMI programming.
  • Experience with sensors, actuators (e.g., DC motors, encoders, relays, solenoids), and stepper/servo motors is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of database languages (SQL/MySQL) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python is an advantage.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 + 1 Month Completion Bonus
  • Working Location: Kallang
  • 1 year renewable contract
