Job description:
- Oversee daily operation and ensure services run smoothly
- Help with staff scheduling, resource management, and transportation coordination.
- Address and resolve any operational issues quickly.
- To ensure all accurate costing are updated in system and constant communication with Sales on their costing and itinerary
- Handle customer bookings, cancellations, and updates.
- Respond to customer questions about availability and pricing.
- Keep reservation records up-to-date.
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers (Hotels, Restaurants and others suppliers.
- Effectively cooperate with Tour Guides, Product, Sales, Reservation, Customer Experience and Suppliers for seamless daily operations and overall service improvement.
- Coordinate, supervise, and implement every aspect of travel arrangement should any group or guest is in town.
Requirement:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal across a variety of cultures to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
- Relevant experiences in Reservations / operation in travel agency is a plus
- Have good organizational skill with an ability to work well under pressure
- To carry out any other job function given by Management from time to time
