My client, a GLOBAL TECH SERVICE PRODIVDER is seeking a motivated Renewal Inside Sales to join the sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
