What you'll be doing


Manage the full spectrum of donation processes, including recording entries, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records
Ensure proper classification of donations in the general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations between the donation management system and financial records
Assist in the preparation of annual donation submissions to regulatory authorities
Oversee Senior Mobility Fund (SMF) processes, ensuring invoices are approved, recorded accurately, and claims are submitted on time
Prepare and process SMF payments, ensuring compliance with approval procedures and financial policies
Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure all accounting entries are correctly recorded in the financial system




What we're looking for


A levels and above with Certified Accounting Technician (CAT)
2 - 4 years of experience in similar role, preferably with healthcare setting
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Finance Accounting System (SAP)
