We are hiring an HR Executive to support our daily HR operations. This role requires a proactive individual to ensure the smooth execution of key HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, and employee relations within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily HR operations and administrative functions.
• Manage payroll processing using the AGHRM payroll system.
• Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and medical arrangements.
• Facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, onboarding, and offboarding for non-executive roles.
• Administer HR-related training programs and manage employment-related government grants.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of government claims and subsidies.
• Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Oversee compliance with statutory HR requirements, ensuring timely submissions.
• Manage employee confirmations, benefits, leave administration, and insurance claims.
Knowledge & Skills Requirement
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Experience with AGHRM payroll system is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Singapore labour and employment laws.
• Highly independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Immediate availability preferred.
