Operational Oversight: Manage daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure seamless service.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels of service-related supplies and coordinate with the purchasing team for timely replenishment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set up according to the restaurant's standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service and ensure a cohesive guest experience.
