Job Description:
• Schedule and coordinate customer installations, prioritizing appointments based on urgency and requirements
• Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including office management, event planning, and report preparation
Job Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in telecommunications, utilities, or technology industries
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
• Flexibility to work a 5.5-day week (Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm) with occasional overtime or weekend shifts
