You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Junior HR Specialist !
Junior Hr Specialist
Location: Town
Duration: May 25 – Dec 25
Salary: $3,000
Job scope:
Oversee the maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of employees' digital HR files, collaborating with HR Business Partners on the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring all necessary documents are completed
Manage the HR Shared Services email inbox, ensuring all queries are addressed and resolved within the standard 2-working day response time
Provide immigration services, guidance, and support to HR Business Partners regarding work passes and dependent passes, covering processes such as application, issuance, renewal, and billing in Singapore
Coordinate with external benefit providers for enrollment/termination of benefits, verify employee insurance/flex-benefit claims, and process insurance invoices
Manage the HR Shared Services email inbox, ensuring all queries are addressed and resolved within the standard 2-working day response time
Ensure timely completion of additional HR administrative tasks, such as drafting employment contracts and addendums, updating relevant HR systems, and sending out staff movement emails for new hires and departures
Contribute to ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
Minimally Diploma in HR Management
Proficient in MS word and Excel (Vlook up and Pivot Table)
