  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in the heavy vehicle spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations in our fast-paced environment.



Job Description:

Handle telephone, email and walk-in enquiries
Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate sales records

Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of heavy vehicle spare parts
Arrange shipping for overseas customers, when necessary
Follow-up on quotations sent
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

Able to liaise with mandarin speaking customers
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Computer literate
Able to multi-task, work independently, self-driven and willing to learn
Knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts industry is advantageous
5.5 day work week
