We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and customer service, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolios.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

2. Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.

3. Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products/services.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and account management (e.g., B2B, B2C, SaaS, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Autocount) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Possess own vehicle
