Location: 180 Orchard, Alleybar/Acid Bar
Work Timing:
Sunday to Thursday: 3pm - 1am
Friday and Saturday/PH/PH Eve: 5pm - 2am / 11 - 5pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all equipment functions properly and the bar area remains clean and well-organized.
Manage inventory by ordering supplies, conducting regular stock checks, and minimizing waste to keep the bar well-stocked and operating efficiently.
Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for purchasing agreements.
Creatively develop the cocktail menu to reflect the brand's concept.
Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff, including bartenders and support personnel, to ensure high-quality service and compliance with all safety and legal standards.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional events, in collaboration with the Bar Manager and marketing team, to attract customers and boost sales.
Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor financial transactions, prepare budget reports, and assist in setting financial goals to ensure the bar’s profitability under the guidance of the Bar Manager.
Enforce compliance with all local liquor regulations and ensure all staff are trained and adhere to these regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and entertainment acts, scheduling performances or events that enhance the customer experience and align with the bar’s theme and audience.
Perform any other food and beverage service duties assigned by the manager.

Good command of both spoken and written English.
Excellent knowledge of wine, ales, and spirits.
Ability to multitask and strong conflict resolution skills.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
