Overview:

The Event Hall Scanner is responsible for ensuring smooth entry and access control for attendees at events held in the event hall. This position involves scanning tickets or credentials, verifying attendee access, and directing guests to the appropriate areas. The primary goal is to maintain a secure, organized, and efficient check-in process while delivering excellent customer service to event participants.

Job Details:

Salary : $12/h
Location : MBS
Working hours: 16 April ( 7.30am - 6pm) / 17 April ( 7.30am - 6pm)
Attire : Formal Attire

Responsibilities :

Scan and verify tickets (digital and/or physical) of attendees to ensure they are valid for entry.
Interact with attendees in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
Assist with any general inquiries and direct them to the correct areas of the venue.
Ensure a smooth flow of attendees entering the venue, minimizing congestion and delays while ensuring security protocols are followed.
Use scanning devices or mobile apps to validate tickets. Troubleshoot any technical issues with scanning devices or the ticketing system.

Requirements :

Formal Attire
No Experience needed
Able to work in fast paced environment
Able to stand long hours
