Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Diploma in Food Science, Manufacturing, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
Experience with food production equipment and batch cooking.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a diverse workforce.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software.
Willing to work on-site, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
