We are looking for a Senior Production Executive to support the Production Manager in managing daily hot kitchen operations in our food manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role, requiring active involvement in production, ensuring efficiency, food safety, and team supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing hot kitchen operations and ensuring smooth production.
Enforce food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC22000).
Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
Supervise and train production staff to maintain a positive work culture.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for continuous production.
Troubleshoot production issues, including equipment malfunctions.
Work with R&D, QA, Logistics, and Maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Track production efficiency, cost control, and waste management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations.
Diploma in Food Science, Manufacturing, Culinary Arts, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
Candidates with 5+ years of supervisory experience without a diploma are welcome.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
Experience with food production equipment and batch cooking.
Strong leadership, training, and problem-solving skills in a diverse workforce.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software.
Willing to work on-site, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
