Basic Salary: $13 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive programme administrative and logistical support for existing and new training programmes, seminars, conferences, study visits and ad hoc events.
Manage the full spectrum of programme administration and logistical duties, including pre- and post-programme administration as well as on-site support, to ensure smooth delivery of programmes.
Creating courses and classes in the system
preparing programme publicity materials
managing participant registration and confirmation
coordinating travel arrangements (where applicable)
recording attendance and compiling course evaluations
Procure items related to programmes and events
Ensure proper accrual of programme- and event-related expenditures
Process timely invoicing and billing to participants
Facilitate prompt payments to trainers and suppliers
Collaborate with domains and L&D Specialists/Researchers to ensure seamless programme delivery.
Take responsibility for knowledge management, including maintaining accurate and proper records in compliance with standards and operational guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Higher NITEC
Relevant experience in events / programme management will be advantageous.
Immediate Starters are preferred.
