  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and production of all bagels, in accordance with our standard operating procedures.

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and storing ingredients properly.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.

• Support inventory management efforts by monitoring ingredient levels and alerting management when supplies need to be replenished.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

• Supporting of other areas of operations where required or needed.

Qualifications:

• Applicants with previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment will be prioritised.

• Experience with yeasted breads, and specifically with bagels, is highly advantageous.

• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
