What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide L1 to L2 desktop support for end users, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Perform hands-on hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and networks.
Act as the point of escalation for complex support cases, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure desktop support aligns with business needs and IT strategies.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and IT security policies.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in L1/L2 desktop support with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with end users.
Trainings will be conducted at Bedok for approximately three months or less, depending on the individual's learning pace and security clearance process.
