Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, maintain safety standards, and lead a team of warehouse staff to meet productivity goals.



Job Description:

Store finished goods and components safely and properly.
Organize daily loading and unloading of materials.
Handle paperwork for deliveries, goods receiving, and material handling, such as delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and labels.
Assist with monthly stock counts and check inventory
Ensure warehouse equipment in good condition.
Assist to manage and supervise the warehouse team to ensure smooth and safe operations, focusing on inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and proper stock rotation.
Track daily stock movements and investigate any discrepancies.
Ensure goods are always available by managing inventory well.
Identify potential hazards and suggest ways to improve warehouse operations.
Follow safety and maintenance rules according to industry standards.
Prepare monthly inventory and daily reports as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

Valid Singapore Forklift License
Microsoft Excel
Able to work well in a team
