At Mr Popiah Pte Ltd, we are committed to excellence across all aspects of our operations. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations, manage online orders, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication & Coordination:

    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and effective communication.

    • Liaise with various departments to maintain a smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Scheduling & Logistics:

    • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for staff and management.

    • Arrange transportation for shipments, employees, and other logistical needs.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.

    • Maintain and organise both physical and electronic files.

  • Inventory & Stock Management:

    • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies.

  • Order Management:

    • Process daily orders and monitor fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and high service quality.

  • Online Order Customer Service:

    • Manage online order inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance the customer experience.

    • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues.

  • Additional Support:

    • Assist various departments with administrative tasks as needed to support overall business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to F&B and online order management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
