At Mr Popiah Pte Ltd, we are committed to excellence across all aspects of our operations. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations, manage online orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Coordination:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
Liaise with various departments to maintain a smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Scheduling & Logistics:
Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for staff and management.
Arrange transportation for shipments, employees, and other logistical needs.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
Maintain and organise both physical and electronic files.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies.
Order Management:
Process daily orders and monitor fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and high service quality.
Online Order Customer Service:
Manage online order inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues.
Additional Support:
Assist various departments with administrative tasks as needed to support overall business operations.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to F&B and online order management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
