  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Salary: Up to S$4,500 + $500 Transport



Responsibilities

To manage and lead the facilities team

To manage key facilities accounts and be the key contact person for these accounts

Establish and implement operational procedures for key accounts

Plan and implement improvements and processes for compliance

Conduct hazard/risk analysis, audits and safety inspections or incident investigations



Requirements

Min Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical (M&E) or Aircon Maintenance

Relevant working experience in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance

Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good relationship with clients

Experience in preparing quotation using Fixed Schedule of Rates (FSOR) will be advantage

MUST be Certified as Fire Safety Manager by SCDF

Must be comfortable to be deployed to different work sites (5.5 days)
