  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will work in a laboratory which provides radiation dose
monitoring services to radiation workers in Singapore. You will be responsible
for the following:


Improve work processes and
customer engagement to enhance service quality.
Conduct customer service
surveys, analyze feedback, and implement process enhancements.
Monitor application payments
and dosimeter issuance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee dosimeter
preparation, distribution, and courier services for optimized logistics
and timely delivery.
Perform quality checks on
returned dosimeters, maintain customer communication, and manage courier
job lists to uphold quality standards.


Requirements:


Preferably 1-2 years of
relevant working experience in a service laboratory
Proficient in Microsoft
Office Excel
Ability to work independently

Good interpersonal
communication skills
Meticulous with an eye for
detail
11 months contract
5 days work week (Monday -
Friday)
Location: South
Salary up to $13.60/hour
