Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performs the daily administrative workflow of the Coffeeshop/Food Court, maintaining efficiency and compliance with company policies.

• Prepares sales reports, headcount reports and coordinates staff meetings/trainings schedules.

• Oversees maintenance, telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.

•Conduct interview for outlet staffs.

•Upkeep TMS & SAP.

•Submit application for delivery platform.

• Maintains office and outlet supplies inventory.

• Maintains records, documentation, and files.
• Conduct outlet visiting.
• Ensure all relevant licenses is updated.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

• 5.5 work day per week with one Saturday work from home

• Preferably to have at least 1 year of experience in F&B Operations or F&B Administration

• Excellent Excel, PPT skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to prioritize tasks.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times quick pace working environment.
