Job Description:
To oversee operation of a group of Coffeeshops and ensure the outlets under your charge strictly follow the Company’s SOP, adhere to service level standards, increase sales while minimizing costs – including food, beverage, suppliers, utilities, and labour costs
Job Duties:
Develop monthly sales target, and monitor sales for respective outlets
Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at outlets and evaluate them to suggest improvements
Build close with the stakeholders, particularly the tenants, cleaning partners, landlords’ ops team and government agencies to facilitate smooth operations
Lead and motivate Operation Executive / Senior Supervisor in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
Involve in employees' disciplinary issues and outlet manpower needs
Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staffs and help to develop their maximum potential
Work closely with functional support departments as to align with strategic business objectives
Identify the market trends and create to new ideas to stay ahead of competition
Any other related operational issues and projects as and when required
Job Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma
Minimum of 2 years' experience with proven track record in Food & Beverage industry/ environment.
Able to work independently.
Strong business acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills
Good problem solver and self-confidence in decision making
Leadership with strong influencing and coaching skills
Strong inter-personal skills and to lead by example with hands-on-approach.
Have Class 3 driving license
Possess own vehicle as preferred
Able to work 5.5 days / week
