Our esteemed Retail professional in our COURTS In-House Call Centre daily task is as follows:
Attend and respond to customers’ enquiries via the respective Customer Service touch points like hotline, email, and social media within the stipulated time/ target set.
Work with suppliers and internal departments on service recovery for case closure at the customer’s level and to meet the target set for case resolution
Update and retrieve information via internal customer information system
Develop and maintain work knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and processes to better customer satisfaction.
Attend product and process training
Prepare letters to customers when required
Attend mediation to resolve for case with the customer at CASE
Attend consultation to resolve for case with the customer at the Small Claim Tribunal
Preparation of Commendation letters
May be required to cross-sell products or services over the phone
Perform any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor
