Responsibilities:

Performs Department Duty manager role as the main point of contact, providing communication and decision-making for Front gate team during daily operations and ad -hoc special events
Provides work direction counseling, coaching, and performance reviews to team members. Ensures feedback is provided to team members for long-term development within Resorts World Sentosa.
Promote and ensure a safe and cohesive working environment for our guests & team members, including the provision of exemplary customer service.
Maintains proper staffing levels on an ongoing basis; monitors and communicates needs & area development.
Ensures proper SOPs and training documentations are maintained and updated.
Deliver positive guest experience for guests by making their day a pleasant memorable one
Ensure show readiness of the parks
Fun and cheerful personality, with the highest standards of customer service.
Sees to other duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience
Those with lower qualifications but more years of supervisory experience may also apply.
2 years of relevant operations experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays, in an outdoor environment with long hours of standing/walking.
