1) Project Planning:
- Manage a portfolio of projects with defined project scope and objectives.
- Develop project scope, outlining timelines, resource requirements, and milestones.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2) Timeline Management:
- Implement effective project schedule to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Proactively identify and address potential delays, to keep the project on schedule.
3) Accountability:
- Fully responsible for end-to-end activities from requirements gathering to project delivery.
- Accountable for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, maintaining a focus on overall project success.
4) Project Deliverables:
- Responsible for project milestone deliverables and obtaining sign-offs as required.
5) Transparent Communication and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and potential showstoppers.
- Maintain transparent communication channels between team members and external partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor/Masters degree in Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field from established university.
Expected to oversee all aspects of the projects, skills/experience to ensure specifications/viability of project are on target.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
PMP certification from PMI or equivalent is a MUST.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
