Job Summary:
Basic up $2700 + AWS + PB
Working days: 5 days/week, including Weekends
Working hours: 8 hrs/day, staggered
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee Smooth Meal Service – Coordinate and ensure seamless food & beverage operations for in-patient meals and hospital events.
Manage Meal Orders – Take and compile meal requests for private patients and those with special dietary needs, ensuring accuracy and care.
Ensure Meal Quality & Timeliness – Make sure food trolleys are properly heated before meal service and that meals are delivered to wards correctly and on time.
Enhance Patient Experience – Address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy, while compiling feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Requirement
Prior experience in F&B will have advantages
Customer Service Oriented – A friendly and patient approach to handling meal requests, special diets, and resolving patient concerns.
Ability to Work on Staggered Shifts – Flexibility to accommodate meal service schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required
