With a strong foothold in the beauty industry, we are now seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Digital Growth Manager – APAC & China to drive our expansion across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, and China’s key e-commerce platforms (Tmall Global, Douyin, JD, and RED).
The Role
This role is critical to scaling Pixi’s presence across digital marketplaces in Asia-Pacific and China. We are looking for a commercially driven leader with a proven track record of growing digital businesses in beauty or FMCG. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sales, marketing, and marketplace operations, with the ability to execute growth strategies, optimize sales performance, and lead market entry initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Marketplace Expansion
- Develop and execute a scalable digital marketplace strategy across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, and China (Tmall Global, Douyin, JD, and RED).
- Lead market entry initiatives, identifying new platforms and regions for expansion while ensuring successful execution.
- Build strong relationships with platform representatives to negotiate visibility, promotional opportunities, and exclusive collaborations to drive brand growth.
Sales & Growth Optimization
- Own the end-to-end revenue strategy for all marketplaces, ensuring ambitious sales growth targets are met.
- Implement strategies to optimize product listings, keyword search, and sponsored placements to improve brand visibility and conversion rates.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns, livestreams, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing strategies tailored for each platform.
Operations & Performance Management
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing stockouts while managing overstock efficiently.
- Continuously analyze sales performance, customer insights, and competitive trends to make data-driven adjustments.
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports with key insights, opportunities, and challenges to senior leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or marketplace management within the beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods sector.
- Proven success in scaling businesses on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, and China platforms (Tmall, Douyin, JD, RED).
- Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, digital marketing strategies, and performance analytics.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners (agencies, TP partners, influencers, and brand partners).
- Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
