  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You'll be responsible for organizing hiring events, reducing our reliance on external recruitment partners, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working independently, you'll collaborate with remote teams and build relationships with local talent to meet our growing business needs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of our retail and marketing hiring matters and collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager on sourcing executive-level talent.
  • Build and maintain a local talent pipeline, supporting quick hires as business needs shift
  • Foster a positive candidate experience and ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Collaborate with the rest of the global recruitment team, based in Singapore, to align hiring strategies and share insights
  • Stay informed on Singapore, Australia and the United States' employment regulations to ensure full compliance

  • Proven experience in hiring skilled and success mid to senior talents in Retail and/or Marketing functions
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build lasting talent pipelines
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
