What You'll Do
- Lead & Inspire – Develop and mentor the People Operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Own the Employee Lifecycle – Oversee onboarding, benefits, payroll, and offboarding with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and a great employee experience across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the US.
- Ensure Compliance & Accuracy – Keep People policies and employee records aligned with local labor laws and data protection requirements.
- Be a Strategic Partner – Work closely with leadership to align People Ops with business needs while managing workforce budgets effectively.
- Solve Complex People Challenges – Act as the go-to expert for resolving escalated HR issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Drive Engagement – Lead initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
- Make an Impact – Take on additional projects that support broader business goals and elevate the People function.
