  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A Multi-National Company managing Executive Offices looking for LEASING EXECUTIVE (SALES).

Job Description:

- Complete performance requirements under the supervision of the Leasing Manager.

- Release office rental information through various media channels.

- Clearly and professionally reply customer inquiries and advice various services provided by the company.

- Show clients around the property/premises.

- Liaison with different third party contractors or agents to achieve sales prospects.

Requirements:

- Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline, preferably with good at communication, able to communicate at all levels.

- Preference will be given to candidates with 2-3 years experience in office/office building leasing or office building brokerage.

- Responsible, with up-market analysis ability and good service awareness.

- Fluent in both verbal & written English is a must.

- The Company is looking for candidates who possess friendly, energetic and cheerful personality, strong communication and coordination skills, team spirit, outgoing personality, responsible, ambitious, willing to learn new things and have a clear long-term career plan.

- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
