  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
You will assist the Cluster Manager at Geneo (1 Science Park Drive) in daily operations and ad-hoc special projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in building inspections and operations
  • Research and collate information regarding the buildings
  • Liaise with warranty contractors and follow up on tenants' requests
  • Provide support on Asset Enhancements projects
  • Assist in handling feedback from tenants
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
