Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide subject-matter expertise regarding the Hybris functional and technical platform for tactical and strategic decision making
- Translate business requirements into a functional and technical implementation and build playbooks, setup standard operating procedures and create working solutions
- Lead regional eStore (Web, Shop App, 3PD) operations initiatives to support sales revenue growth
- Lead complex strategic projects, enhancements and initiatives, including eStore (Web, Shop App, 3PD) backend operations, end-to-end process flows and optimizations, as well as identify new value added services and supporting them to execution and incubation to drive best-in-class customer experience
- Support planning and implementation of eStore (Web, Shop App, 3PD) enhancements with HQ, Regional and Subsidiary stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between platform team, support team, subsidiaries and other partners to troubleshoot issues and drive them to resolution
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree holder with at least 6 years of rich hands-on experience in software development industry, around eCommerce technologies such as SAP Hybris
- Experience in working with users to define their business requirements
- Should have strong domain experience in B2C and B2B commerce
- Technical skills around Java/J2EE, Spring, REST API, Micro-services, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Web Services, SQL
- Proficient in SAP Hybris foundational concepts, experience and knowledge of multi-channel architecture, data modeling, data exchange and system integrations (must have)
- Sound knowledge of continuous integration build tools and code quality tools
- Must have knowledge of Hybris, ticketing tools like JIRA, Documentation - Confluence, code repository - GitHub, Jenkins
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (good to have)
- High energy and comfort level towards working in a fast-paced and matrix organization environment
- Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with subsidiaries and other parties and ability to drive consensus, execution across teams, multi-function organization and different level of hierarchy
- Good project management skills, to be able to effectively work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects
- Strong organization and time management skills required. Ability to react to quickly changing priorities
- A team player with the ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally
- Should be self-motivated to keep himself/herself updated on latest SAP Hybris product, technologies and solutions
