  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Highlights

  • Position: Brand Ambassador

  • Location: Changi Airport

  • Contract: 1 year (extendable)

Work Schedule

  • Hours: Up to 44 hours/week

  • Shifts: 22–23 per month

  • Public Holidays:

    • Considered off days

    • If required to work on PH, off-in-lieu will be provided

Competitive Benefits

  • Basic Salary: SGD $2,500–$2,800/month (excluding commissions which can easily add up to >$3k++)

  • Performance Bonuses: Rewarded for meeting sales targets

  • Leave Entitlements:

    • Annual Leave: To be discussed, (increases after each year of service)

    • Sick Leave: 14 days (upon completion of 3 months probation)

    • Hospitalization Leave: 60 days (upon completion of 3 months probation)

  • Medical Claims: Reimbursed up to $50 per visit

  • Termination Notice: 1 month

  • Sales: Meet and exceed individual and team targets.

  • Customer Engagement: Assist customers in finding their perfect scent.

  • Fragrance Expertise: Provide professional advice and educate customers on the product range.

  • Store Ambiance: Ensure a clean, inviting, and luxurious environment.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Must have prior fragrance retail experience and solid knowledge of perfumes.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Languages:

    • Fluent English is required.

    • Basic Mandarin is essential for customer interactions.

  • Personality: Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.

  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced airport setting.
