We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Wire & Cable Assembly Operator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

· Perform precise soldering and crimping of cable and wire harnesses, primarily in high mix, low volume production.

· Read and interpret schematic drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance in assembly processes.

· Test and troubleshoot cable assemblies to maintain our high standards of quality and functionality.

· Effectively utilize hand tools and adhere to safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant soldering experience; proficiency is essential.

· Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve technical skills.

· Ability to work a 5.5-day week: Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm) and Saturday (9 am to 1 pm).
