My Client, a leading property developer in Singapore is seeking Customer Service Executive to join their team. They focus on developing residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, and are known for their quality and sustainable projects

Position: Full-Time, 2-Year Renewable Contract

Job Description:Are you passionate about real estate and customer service? Join their dynamic team as a Customer Service Executive and play a key role in managing the daily operations of their showflats and sales office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Showflat Management: Set up and manage daily operations of the showflat and sales office. Ensure the showflat is well-maintained and clean.

  • Document Preparation: Prepare real estate documents such as the Option to Purchase.

  • Sales Inquiries: Handle sales inquiries, conduct site viewings, and attend to VIPs.

  • Support & Assistance: Provide after-sales support and administrative assistance.

  • Market Research: Conduct property market research and related reports.

  • Lead Generation: Work with authorized real estate agencies (Joint Marketing Agencies) to generate leads and meet sales targets.

  • Additional Tasks: Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Required to work on weekends and public holidays, alternate weekends off.

  • GCE ‘O’/’A’ Levels or 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

  • Open to entry-level candidates, including recent polytechnic graduates.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Independent and detail-oriented

  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse clients

  • Passionate about the real estate business and industry

  • Working hours : 10am -7pm with 1 weekday off and 1 alternate weekend off
