Job Description:

As an Assistant Sales Executive/Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Support the manager to prepare and submit quotation.
  • Keep track and follow-up on quotation and business opportunities.
  • Update the sales opportunities and status to the management.
  • Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. (for senior position)
  • Identify, understand, and propose tailored BMS and energy solutions to meet client needs. (for senior position)
  • Develop and grow market share through strategic sales initiatives. (for senior position)
  • Develop and execute account business plans in line with company strategy. (for senior position)
  • Technical Support & Tendering:
  • Support the Manager in developing comprehensive BMS estimations, including tender submissions and marketing materials.
  • Understand technical drawings and specification requirements. (for senior position)
  • Provide technical advice on BMS and related systems. (for senior position)
  • Vendor & Client Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating effectively.
  • Attend to client requests and provide prompt account servicing. (for senior position)
  • Conduct client site visits, inspections, and handle related matters. (for senior position)
  • General Responsibilities:
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of project opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ITE/Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, E&E, Control and Instrumentation, or related disciplines).
  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in the BMS, M&E or Energy Consultancy Services (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems, M&E systems, and/or Energy Consultancy Services is preferred.
  • Experience in solution sales and account management is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and potentially CAD.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High degree of initiative, drive, and responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
